- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

- Cost: ₹150 for orders below ₹2000.
- Free for orders above ₹2000.
- Express Shipping: (Currently Unavailable, coming soon!)
- Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days from dispatch.
- Cost: ₹300 per order.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, location, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and chosen shipping method.
- Enjoy **FREE Standard Shipping** on all orders exceeding ₹2000.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. SoleSage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
